Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect items before opening the vacuum seals.
Document the Issue
Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as these are required for our quality insurance claims.
Contact Support
Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the attached photos to initiate your refund or replacement request.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
